Wedding Planning. With one phone call, we can take care of just about everything you would need for your wedding. Such items and services are included in the list below, but can certainly include additional services as needed. Imagine having your wedding invitations, attire, hair, make-up, entertainment, floral, catering and cake all able to be taken care of with one phone call with ALL services available in-house. Now, stop imagining and pick up the phone. It is real.
Of course, being a sound company, we are of course going to want to do audio services. However, we do have additional services available for select clients that we are able to satisfy. Please check back from time to time as additional service offerings may change depending on the availability of our team.
Sound Services. From basic systems for speakers, DJ-type service, karaoke or a full blown system for a band, we can do it all. Also, we have lots of lights!! We are not an equipment rental company, our equipment comes with engineers. Handle multiple events tied to your main event.
Computer Services. Basic Services, Repairs, Installs, Network Design, Security, Wireless, Broadband access, T1, Frame-Relay, ATM, ISDN, VPN and more. Affordable Rates. Fixed Rate and Hourly rates available. Flexible hours and Operating Hours. Quick Turn-Around times.
Transfer Services. Turn your home videos into DVD's. We can handle VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, Betamax, Betacam SP, Umatic SP(3/4"), Video8, Hi8 and DVC tapes. We also hande films. We can transfer 16mm with optical sound, Super8 with stereo magenetic tracks and 8mm film. If you have a format we do not have, bring in your deck and we can transfer your tapes. We can also scan slides, photos, transperencies and more. Wide selection of delivery options.
Bilingual documents. If you need documents translated or done in English or Vietnamese, we can assist. We have the proper software to allow us to properly type in either language. We do have access to other languages using a Roman-based character set, so please contact us to see what is available. We have prepared wedding invitiations in both English and Vietnamese and coordinated with the printing company and the invitation ordering company to ensure a smooth process. By converting documents to PDF format and handling things electronically, we are able to greatly speed up the process and give you a faster turn-around time.
Wedding Jewelery. We have friends and acquaintances at several local jewelers in the Sacramento area and we can help you get the best deal possible. Whether it be a pre-made weddng set, or a mix and match set, selecting settings and stones to custom jewelry, we have been through that and know what is involved. We can help you in all aspects of this very personal and tough decision process.
Video and photography. Depending on the availability of crew, we can offer video and photography services. We do have two professional photography lights on stands that are available for rent for a low price, regardless of crew availability. We can take care of your meet and greet pictures. We can take care of the spontaneous snapshots. We can take care of the table to table video and photography. Imagine having your event covered with multiple high-end cameras and edited together on the fly at prices comparable to that of a single cameraFor the larger portraits, we have several professional photographers that we recommend. We do not handle these pictures due to the investment in photography equipment as well as speciality skills required.
Wedding fashions. Picking out the wedding dress can be a very difficult decision, probably equally as difficult as choosing the wedding jewelry. Please call to see if our fashion consultants are available. You really do want to have the dress selected at least six months before the wedding and it also helps greatly to have some outside assistance. It's not as simple as merely picking out the dress. Other items that you might need assistance with are shoes, gloves, headpieces, veils, earrings, shawls and other covers, slips, bras and more. They will also do their best to ensure the bridesmaids do not end up with ugly dresses as well. But the guy is not immune either. Selecting a tuxedo for the event has many options which include but are not limited to shoes, pants, jacket, vest, cumberbund, accessories, buttons and cufflinks, tie styles, collar styles. Do you rent or do you buy? What will the rest of the wedding party wear? Having our fashion consultants work both ends of this process, it will be much easier for this common element to select the best tuxedo to go with the best dress. Having extensive experience with Vietnamese weddings, we can also help with the long dress and other outfits for the lady as well as any changes for the man. Your wedding is your day, and you want to look your best, so let some experts ensure you look good.
Hair and make-up. Yes, looking good from your head to your toes. We have expert hair stylists and make-up artists available for your big event. Cutting, styling, treating, processing, setting, dressing, if you think it, it can be done. Manicure, pedicure, make-up, all done right. You'll look perfect on your big day.
Catering. Everybody has to eat. We can recommend caterers and in some cases may be able to help or provide specialty items. This can also include the reception hall and selecting what dishes to serve. People need to have something to drink as well, so we can advise on that issue as well, including alcohol-free solutions for those who require or require it.
Decorating. Lots of decorating options availlable, only limited by your imagination and budget
Flowers. From bridal bouquets to arrangements on tables, to decorations at your ceremonies and more, we can design and create your floral arrangements.
Cultural Assistance. Cross-culture weddings can be difficult. In the case of a Vietnamese wedding and engagements, there are many rules and procedures that must be followed. It is best to get assistance from those who can objectively coach and advise, as well as make sure certain things are done on time.
The Wedding Cake. A very vital element to any wedding is the wedding cake. For a very select few, we may be able to offer creative, beautiful and good tasting wedding cakes. We can also help in the selection or purchase of cutlery for the wedding cake.
